Meet the team behind Hewitt Chiropractic. Dr. David Moore and Julian Ayala work together to provide patient-centered care for the Hewitt, Waco, and Central Texas community.

Dr. David Moore
Doctor of Chiropractic · Serving Hewitt since 2008
Dr. David Moore is the owner of Hewitt Chiropractic and has proudly served the Hewitt and Waco community since 2008. Originally from Yoakum, Texas, Dr. Moore brings a strong sense of faith, family, and small-town values into the way he cares for his patients.
Dr. Moore attended Baylor University before earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College. Since then, he has dedicated his career to helping individuals and families find relief from pain, improve their mobility, and get back to living life with confidence.
At Hewitt Chiropractic, Dr. Moore is known for his caring approach, strong clinical experience, and commitment to treating every patient with honesty and respect. He believes good chiropractic care starts with listening, understanding each patient's goals, and creating a plan that helps them move and feel better.
When he is not in the clinic, Dr. Moore enjoys spending time with his wife and their four boys, being involved in his church, and spending time outdoors. His faith and love for family are a major part of who he is and continue to shape the way he serves the people of Central Texas.

Julian Ayala
M.S. Clinical Neuroscience (In Progress)
Julian Ayala was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Waco, Texas, when he was 8 years old. Having grown up in the Waco community, he understands the importance of caring for people with compassion, respect, and a personal connection.
Julian attended Midway High School before continuing his education at McLennan Community College. He later attended Parker University, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He is currently still enrolled at Parker University, working toward completing his Master's in Clinical Neuroscience.
Julian is passionate about helping patients move better, feel better, and better understand their health. Outside of the clinic, he has participated in missionary work in the Dominican Republic and Haiti — experiences that strengthened his desire to serve others and care for people from different backgrounds.
As a bilingual provider with deep roots in the Waco community, Julian looks forward to serving patients and families throughout Hewitt, Waco, and the surrounding areas. His goal is to help every patient feel welcomed, understood, and supported as they work toward a healthier and more active life.
