New & Returning Patients

Patient Resources

Everything you need to know before your first visit — what to expect, how payment works, and answers to the questions we hear most often.

What to Expect

Your First Visit

We want you to feel comfortable and informed from the moment you walk in. Here is what a typical first visit looks like.

01

Health History

We'll talk with you about your symptoms, health history, goals, and what brought you into the office.

02

Exam & Evaluation

Your visit may include orthopedic, neurological, and chiropractic testing to better understand what may be contributing to your symptoms.

03

Clear Explanation

We'll explain what we find in a simple, easy-to-understand way so you know what is going on.

04

X-rays When Clinically Needed

If X-rays are clinically appropriate, we may recommend them to better understand your spine, joints, and overall condition. X-rays are not required for every patient, but they can help guide care when needed.

05

Review Your Options

Your doctor will explain what they found and walk you through your care options. You decide what feels right — no pressure, no upselling.

06

First Treatment (If Appropriate)

If you are ready and it is appropriate, your first adjustment or treatment may happen during this visit.

07

Care Plan Discussion

Before you leave, your doctor will outline a recommended care plan and answer any questions you have about next steps.

What to Bring

  • A valid photo ID
  • Your insurance card (if using insurance)
  • Any relevant imaging (X-rays, MRI reports) if you have them
  • A list of current medications or supplements
  • Notes about your symptoms — when they started, what makes them better or worse
